No. Dawn Energy does not install equipment. We act as an independent advisor and performance partner, helping you choose the right system and connecting you with trusted local installers. Our focus is making sure your system performs properly before and long after installation.
What's SmartSaver do I need it?
SmartSaver is our ongoing monitoring service. It collects live performance data from your heat pump, compares it to equipment specifications, and flags issues automatically. This helps verify savings and catch problems early. It is a core part of how we protect your investment.
How much does this all cost?
The monitoring device is $250 upfront, and ongoing performance monitoring is $20 per month. Dawn does not take payments for installation and does not mark up equipment. Our role is independent oversight and long-term performance verification.
What homes do you service?
We work with single-family homes and townhouses across Ontario. We do not currently service apartments or condo units.
Is this service really necessary?
A heat pump is often a $15,000 investment, and many systems do not perform as efficiently as expected due to sizing issues or installation variables. Independent guidance and ongoing monitoring help ensure your system delivers the comfort and savings you were promised.
What happens after I book a call?
You’ll speak directly with a heat pump advisor to review your home, energy usage, and goals. If a heat pump makes sense, we connect you with a trusted installer and guide you through the next steps.
